Hello there!

My name is Safiya, and as you'll soon discover, being an artist isn't just about the money for me—it's something far more profound. Art is my lifeline in this crazy world, a part of my very soul. From the moment I wake until I fall asleep, art fills my thoughts. Sometimes, I even wake in the middle of the night with an irresistible urge to create, a feeling I'm sure many artists can relate to.

This profound connection is why I invested all my savings into starting Omni Artistary. The night I decided to truly invest in myself was a mix of scary, exhilarating, and truly awesome. Since then, my days have been solely dedicated to my art and building this very website. But this isn't just a website; it's a direct depiction of my soul, everything I love brought to life on a page for others to see. It’s a vulnerable step, a scary one, but also another wonderful creation of mine.

As a 16-year-old, I never expected to embark on my career so soon. Yet, why wait until I'm an adult when my dreams are so vast they keep me awake at night? Why wait when I already know who I am and what I want from life? And I truly haven't waited—at my very first art gallery, where I showcased my work, my first piece was sold! That experience gave me the boost of confidence I needed, solidifying my belief in myself. I truly hope this website becomes my pathway to doing what I love, all the time.

My deep love, perhaps even obsession, with art began in early childhood. I remember coloring in Barbie books, with my mum always reminding me to stay within the lines—a funny thought now, as I create my own! Some people search their whole lives to find their calling, but I was lucky enough to be born knowing mine. I intend to use this gift to its fullest. My quest in life is to learn every single form of art I possibly can, and my philosophy I follow is 'a jack of all trades, master of none is often times better than a master of one, but I intend to be a master of all.' This is why I'm currently delving into photography, watercolor, and even attempting to write a book. I'm taking everything one slow step at a time, ensuring I produce not just quantity, but quality, as I strive for mastery.

For me, mastering art isn't a question of 'if,' but 'when.'
